This brand video was produced for Central Striping Service in order to meet their goal of communicating their company mission and culture in order to attract the right candidates for future hiring.

Finding the right people is not always easy and blue collar workers typically don’t spend a lot of time on social media. So Central Striping needed an effective way of communicating who they are on their website, which is where their applicants find them and apply for jobs.

This video is featured on their website homepage so that when prospective employees are trying to learn more about the company and seeking to apply, they can quickly and easily get a very clear first impression of what kind of company they might be joining. It helps the applicants fit the right fit, and in effect it helps Central Striping Service become more efficient in their hiring process.
